The first of these enhancements is the launch of a remote diagnostic and monitoring platform called Farber Fleet. This always-on, cloud-connected system allows Farber’s support team to remotely monitor vehicle performance, detect alerts in real-time, and take swift action to resolve issues. Depending on the unit and its features, technicians can provide remote system resets, recommend maintenance steps, or even schedule service at a nearby authorized vendor—all without the customer needing to leave the road. The system will be compatible nationwide on units equipped with data connectivity.

The platform will cover key training topics such as generator maintenance, electrical and plumbing systems, and diesel engine care—helping users maximize their investment and extend the usable lifespan of their vehicles.
